Booking Terms.
Tempo Golf Ltd
Effective date: 3 October 2026
These terms apply when you book a bay, a lesson, an event or any other service at Tempo Golf Club. If you are a member, our Membership Terms also apply and take precedence where the two differ.
1. Making a booking
Bookings are made through our booking system. Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. Members must have fees up to date to book. Booking windows and session allowances are set out in our Membership Terms.
2. Payment
Bay and lesson fees, additional sessions, guest fees, junior coaching and any other chargeable service are payable at the time of booking unless they come out of a membership allowance. Current prices are available from our team and shown when you book. Guest fees may alternatively be paid on arrival.
3. Changing or cancelling a booking
Please give us at least twenty four hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Cancellations made with less than twenty four hours’ notice, and bookings you do not attend, will count against your session allowance. If something unexpected comes up, speak to the Club Manager and we may return the time to your account at our discretion.
Where a booking has been paid for separately rather than taken from your session allowance, for example a lesson, an additional session, guest fees or a Pitch and Platter, that payment is non-refundable if the booking is not cancelled at least twenty four hours before it is due to start.
If you booked online for a specific date, the fourteen day cooling off period that applies to distance contracts does not apply to leisure bookings for a specific date. Your right to cancel is as set out above.
4. If we have to cancel
If we need to cancel or move your booking, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer you an alternative time or a refund.
5. Arriving and using your bay
Please arrive in good time and register with a member of the team. Bays are released for the time booked, and late arrival does not extend your session. If you have not arrived within twenty minutes of your start time and we have not heard from you, we may release the bay to someone else.
6. Safety
Everyone using the bays must follow our Rules of Play & Safety Guidelines, safety signage and reasonable instructions from our team. The Rules of Play & Safety Guidelines are available on our website and at the club.
Golf and golf simulator activities involve inherent risks, including risks arising from club use, ball impact, movement within the bay and the actions of other participants. By making a booking or taking part you accept those inherent risks. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Guests and children
If your booking includes guests, you are responsible for making them aware of the Rules of Play & Safety Guidelines and any supervision requirements before they play. Guests must complete our guest registration form.
If your booking includes anyone under 18, our age and supervision requirements apply. These are set out in our Rules of Play & Safety Guidelines and our Safety Rules for Children Using Golf Bays.
8. Junior participants
Where required by Tempo, a parent or guardian must complete the applicable Junior Coaching Consent Form and any other required forms before a child participates in a junior coaching session. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and current information relevant to their child's safe participation, including any medical, allergy, medication or additional support information requested by Tempo, and for notifying Tempo promptly of relevant changes. Where Tempo reasonably considers that information or arrangements necessary for a child's safe participation have not been provided or put in place, Tempo may postpone, restrict or refuse participation until appropriate arrangements have been established. Personal information provided in connection with junior activities is handled in accordance with Tempo's Privacy Notice.
9. Accessibility and assistance
If you or anyone in your group needs assistance or a reasonable adjustment to access our facilities or to evacuate safely in an emergency, please tell us when booking or speak to a member of the team on arrival. You do not need to provide a medical diagnosis.
10. What you confirm
When you make a booking you are asked to confirm the following.
I confirm that I have read and agree to Tempo Golf Ltd’s terms and our Rules of Play & Safety Guidelines, and agree to follow reasonable safety instructions given by Tempo staff.
I confirm that I will make all guests included in my booking aware of the Rules of Play & Safety Guidelines and any applicable supervision requirements before they play.
I confirm that I will make sure anyone under 18 in my booking is aware of and complies with our Rules of Play & Safety Guidelines and applicable child safety and supervision requirements.
Guests confirm the safety requirements for themselves when they register on arrival.
11. Your information
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Notice, available on our website.
